In a nutshell
I’ve been a foodie and home cook for over 20 years, long before I ever knew what recipe development meant. As a kid, I’d rummage through my mom’s kitchen, pulling together random ingredients just for the fun of creating something new. While most kids were watching cartoons, my older sister and I were glued to the Food Network, soaking up everything we could about food. Cooking quickly became my creative outlet– a place where curiosity, comfort, and imagination met.
As I grew older, that love deepened while working in my parents’ restaurant for over a decade. Being immersed in food every day shaped how I cook, taste, and think about meals. Creating in the kitchen has always been therapeutic for me, but the best part has always been sharing it– cooking for friends and family and watching food bring people together.
Over time, my passion evolved into developing and testing recipes of my own, with a growing focus on balance, flavor, and health. This space is a reflection of that journey– approachable food, made with heart, for real life.
